Types of Cleaning Available
Home Cleaning
Home cleaning services are custom for every customer, cleaning schedules require different needs and requests and we are happy to customize our home cleaning service to suit the client. We use eco-friendly products whenever possible.
Regular Clean
Book an ongoing:
Weekly express (1 1/2 hours),
Regular (2-3 hours)
Full clean (3-6 hour approx) and never worry about the general chores again!
Cleaning will be based on your needs or requirements. These cleans will be discussed before starting and usually the initial clean is the longest.
A normal 3/4 bedroom house takes 2-3 hours to clean the main areas. (detailing areas will take longer than 2 hours). I recommend that during regular cleans you communicate areas that need focused on for that week and select areas from the list.
Express clean
In between cleans or just a helping hand. Usually 1 1/2 hours.
Example 1: Two bathrooms, toilets, vacuum thought and mop hard floors.
Example 2: One bathroom, toilet, wipe down of surfaces in kitchen, dining table, living areas and bedrooms, vacuum thought and mop hard floors.
Individual Cleans
These jobs often require specific products and thorough detailed cleaning.
Wooden Blinds
A deep clean involves wiping both sides of each blind with a mild product and drying. This usually needs to be done only once per year with following cleans requiring only dusting. Rates will be based on time required for the clean. 2-4 hours depending on number of blinds.
Window Cleaning
Indoor and outdoor window cleaning. Outdoor is single story only.
Removing cobwebs, cleaning all surrounding aluminium/ wooden surfaces and a thorough wash and dry of windows. Windows are fully hand cleaned (no abrasive tools used).
Please note that due to the silica in the dust (from the local pumice mine) we cannot remove all pre existing external water marks.
Commercial Office Clean
Everything you need to keep your office, staff areas and reception area clean and tidy, book daily or once a week. Please contact me for an individual quote at hayley@swifthomecleaning.co.nz
